Do you actually conduct showings in Punjabi?
Yes. Every showing, every offer discussion, every closing call — all available in Punjabi. If you prefer English, that's fine too. Many families switch between both during the same meeting.
Can you help newcomers without Canadian credit history?
Yes. Newcomer mortgage programs at RBC, Scotia, TD, BMO, and ICICI Canada don't require Canadian credit history. Typically 35% down for non-PRs, less if you already have PR status. I'll connect you with a Punjabi-speaking broker who handles newcomer files.
Do you understand the Alberta condition period in Punjabi?
